At Palou Motorsport, we have a highly qualified and committed team made up of engineers, mechanics, drivers, data specialists, and professionals in logistics, coordination, communication, and management. Every member plays an essential role in ensuring the team’s performance both on and off the track.
Our engineers work closely with the drivers to define the most suitable car setup according to the characteristics of each circuit, track conditions, and driver feedback. They are also responsible for analysing data and telemetry, monitoring the car’s behaviour, and making technical decisions aimed at improving performance.
Our mechanics are responsible for the preparation, assembly, maintenance, and setup of the single-seaters. Their precision, speed, and ability to react are essential to ensuring that every car is in the best possible condition before going out on track and throughout the entire race weekend.
The data and performance team analyses all the information generated during practice sessions and races. This work makes it possible to identify areas for improvement, anticipate different scenarios, and optimise both driver performance and the behaviour of the car.
Alongside them, the logistics and coordination team ensures that all equipment, vehicles, and team members arrive at each circuit on time and under the right conditions. Planning, organisation, and adaptability are essential throughout a season defined by constant travel and demanding schedules.
The communication, marketing, and management teams work to strengthen the Palou Motorsport brand, maintain strong relationships with sponsors, media, and fans, and ensure the smooth operation of every area surrounding the competition.
