He’s done it. James Egozi is the 2026 Eurocup-3 Champion.

The American driver sealed the title on Sunday at the Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto after finishing second in Race 2, a result that was enough to mathematically secure the championship.

James heads into the end of the sixth round of the season with 283 points, holding a 122-point advantage over his closest rival. With the Hungaroring and Barcelona rounds still to come, the championship can no longer be caught.

The weekend in Jerez was another demonstration of his outstanding form. James started with pole position and victory in Race 1, claiming his eighth win of the season. On Sunday, he returned to the podium with a second-place finish, reaching 12 podiums in 2026.

A season defined by speed, consistency and the hard work of the entire team, culminating with James Egozi being crowned the 2026 Eurocup-3 Champion.
